The yoga teacher training at Shanti Hot Yoga was absolutely amazing. I learned so much about yoga - far beyond the physical postures. I would highly recommend this training to others who are looking to teach yoga, or even just learn more about the subject - and themselves - while being surrounded by amazing, like-minded people.

Great atmosphere to learn to teach and share your passion for yoga surrounded by like minded individuals including teachers and fellow students. The curriculum is very comprehensive covering a wide scope of history, practical theory, philosophy, and anatomy. The teachers are amazing and are very approachable and always readily available to help or to chat. Extremely satisfied to have completed my RYT200 through Shanti and would do it again in a heartbeat. Namaste!
